Antique Bangle

  • Edwardian gold bangle showing evidence of blooming on the top section which features one bead set sapphire and four star set diamonds with granulation and twisted wire detail. The hinged bangle is secured by a tongue and box clasp with a safety chain attached. This bangle is in excellent condition. Date: Chester assay office, 1907.

  • Sapphire: 1x2.3mm round, mid blue Ceylon type colour, slightly included, estimated weight = 0.05 carat. Diamonds: 4x (average 0.9mm) rose cut, low quality material, estimated weight 0.02 carat. Material: 9 karat rose gold. Weight: 9.3grams.
